Less press mark of rubber profiles on sheet
After diecut of one color printing sheet, you may find press mark of rubber profiles.
Then that product is rejected sometimes.
In order to avoid unclear cut or crack, we use rubber profiles.
Press mark of rubber profiles is risk of defective product.
These problems are common concern.
What is the best solution?
Contact surface is only 0.78mm. Almost zero mark cork.
We DAISO released Zerocork which contacts to sheet as little as possible.

Big mark with standard one, tiny mark with Zerocork.
