Protect from Scratch damage
Scratch damages of printed surface come from physical contact in the process.
In Folder / Gluer, Feeder area or transportation, it may happen to be scratched or be rubbed.
One color print especially black case, even small scratch is strongly marked and bad-looking.
Customers might complain about quality of finished boxes.
Any idea or improvement?
DAISO provide Scratch prevention tape which is made from felt.
After diecut, Folder / Gluer is common process.
When paper run along belt, friction or scratch may happen with some bars and rollers.
In that case, we recommend to use Scratch prevention tape. That area must be covered with the tape.
You can apply to diecutter, gluer, and stitcher etc..
