Smooth sheet running, avoid sheet separation
If you increase machine press speed, sheet separation might happens. More nicks, bigger nicks or gripping rubber would be one of solution. However, product would not be good-looking. This trouble may come from cutting plate side.
**If G-tape matrix setting is too tight, sheet might be stuck in matrix slot.
Smooth with0.5mm Jumping sticker
This is solution that you can put onto cutting plate to avoid sheet separation trouble.
You just put this Jumping sticker at sheet scratching area or in front of G-tape matrix.
This jumper will make sheet lift-up. Before arranging more nicks or bigger nicks, we suggest Jumping sticker.
