Job Descriptions

• Sales: Primarily proposal-based sales to existing customers
• Operations: In-house work centered on sales support
• Design: Data creation using 2D CAD
• Manufacturing: Production of our company’s products

Requirements

• High school graduate or above
• No experience required, experienced candidates preferred
• Holders of relevant qualifications may receive preference

Employment Type

Full-time employee (with probationary period)

Sample Salary

Mid-career hire at age 30: ¥238,000 and up (Base salary ¥223,000 / Cost-of-living allowance ¥15,000). Higher based on age, tenure, and qualifications.

Raises / Bonuses

• Raises: Once per year (July)
• Bonuses: Twice per year (June and December)

Allowances

Commuting allowance / Overtime allowance / Cost-of-living allowance / Family allowance, etc.

Holidays
