Aiming for the day when we are called “Japan’s brightest star in manufacturing.”

Today, our company manufactures and sells die-cutting tools along with related products such as G-Tape. We are generally classified as a manufacturing business, but we are more than just manufacturers. We are a company that seriously thinks about and works on “people development through manufacturing.”

Through daily manufacturing work, our team members develop the qualities essential to human growth — passion for the work, gratitude toward others, and a craftsperson’s pride. These qualities flow back into our manufacturing capability, allowing us to propose and deliver products of higher quality and better fit to customer needs.

Through this cycle of “manufacturing” and “people development,” we continually polish our technical skills and human qualities, never satisfied with the status quo. Our true work — our shigoto — is to use this cycle to create greater value for our colleagues, our customers, and society as a whole.

For approximately 250 years, Daiso has carried forward this spirit of dedicated craftsmanship. We will continue to evolve while honoring this heritage — building products that customers can rely on, and developing the people who make them.
