DAISO steps down from Drupa 2021

Drupa 2020, a world-wide exhibition of print media that is held once every four years, should have been held from June 16th next week for 10 days.
Due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus and spread of infection, it will be held as drupa 2021 from April 20, 2021.

Following our first participating at drupa 2016, we were preparing for joining the exhibition at drupa 2021.
However, due to the widespread infection of the novel coronavirus (covid-19) and the fact that there is no way to overcome this unknown virus at the moment, we have come to decide not to participate to the exhibition this time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to our customers who planned to visit our booth.
We really beg for your kind understanding in our decision.
 
We planned to release new products for drupa. Since the postpone was decided, we first announced the CatchIt II as the first step. Some other new products have not been introduced yet, so we will continue to introduce them through our website, e-mail magazines, SNS, etc.
It’s a pity that we can’t show you because we don’t join the exhibition, but please look forward to our challenge of developing new products.
